Tags cannot be read

A Tags cell has an empty tag between its semicolons, or a row of a Tags table lacks its tag or its location or product. Dropping the empty piece would hide a slip, so Map Locations or Map Products stops, and so does Create Scenario.

What to do

Write each Tags cell as tags separated by semicolons, such as Export; Germany, with no empty piece and no trailing semicolon. In a Tags table, fill in both the tag and the location or product on each row the message names, or remove the row.
