Location missing from Locations

Rows name a location that is not among the scenario's locations, often a typo such as Hamburg DC next to DC Hamburg. A location is never created from a name alone, so the scenario is not saved, and a node that reads a scenario stops on one. A group member that is not a location is refused the same way.

What to do

Correct the names on the rows the message lists, or add the missing locations to the data Map Locations reads. If the scenario has no locations at all, add a Map Locations node and wire it into Create Scenario.
