Rules cannot all be met

No plan can meet all the rules, capacities and demand at once, and Debug mode is off, so the run stops. Common causes are a lane minimum above what its supplier has, a budget below what the demand costs to serve, or a customer no lane reaches. This message does not name the cause.

What to do

Turn on Debug mode in the Network Optimization settings panel and run again. The run then names what conflicts, and those messages say what to change.
