In a Debug mode run, the solution ships less on this lane than its Minimum Quantity. A lane with a minimum carries either nothing or at least that much, and the rest of the model does not fit that minimum.

What to do

Lower or remove the Minimum Quantity on that lane in the data Map Lanes reads, or let the volume move on a transport mode without a minimum. Then turn Debug mode off and run again.
