Cost steps incomplete or overlapping

A cost from an Add Costs node cannot be applied as written: a step has no number, steps leave a gap or overlap, the first step does not start at 0, or the last step has an end. The run stops at Network Optimization, and the message names the lane and the step.

What to do

Correct the cost in the Add Costs node's settings panel, or in the table wired into it. To solve with the lanes' own unit costs instead, remove the cost.
