Network shortfall totals

In a Debug mode run, a solution was found only by exceeding supply capacity, leaving demand unserved, or both. This message gives the totals; the messages after it name each supplier and customer involved.

What to do

Act on those messages one by one. Then turn Debug mode off in Network Optimization and run again.
