Location values conflict

Two rows for the same location disagree on another value, such as its type or a coordinate. Only one could be kept, so the scenario is not saved rather than keep one of them silently.

What to do

Make the rows for that location agree in the data Map Locations reads, or give them different names so they are separate locations.
