In a Debug mode run, the solution leaves part of this location's demand for this product unserved, by the amount shown. Demand is loosened only after every supply, production and lane capacity, so more capacity would not have served it: a lane, a supplier or a path to it is missing.

What to do

Add a lane that connects the location to a supplier, or add supply at a location already connected to it. If leaving demand unserved is acceptable, turn on Allow partial demand fulfillment in Network Optimization with Maximize Profit or Weighted with Profit Weight above 0. Minimize Emissions and Weighted with Profit Weight 0 refuse partial demand.
