Constraint rule settings unusable

A rule written on an Add Constraint node cannot be applied as written: a parameter it needs is not set, a value is not of the kind it takes, a name it selects is not a location, product or group of the scenario, or it sets no limit at all. Network Optimization stops rather than solve without the rule.
