Two lanes set one connection

Two lane rows set the terms for the same product on the same connection and transport mode, either directly or through product filters or ALL that share a product. Nothing says which row applies, so Create Scenario does not save the scenario, and Network Optimization stops on such a scenario. A row for one product beside a filter or ALL row covering it is allowed: it refines that row.

What to do

The message names the rows. Keep one row of each pair, or change one row's product, transport mode or group so the two no longer overlap. To give one product of a group its own terms, add a row naming that product.
