Model unsolvable even when loosened

Debug mode loosened everything it can and still found no solution, so the run stops without a plan. The usual causes are the solver time budget running out, or a gap no loosening can close, such as a customer no lane reaches.

What to do

If the message says the time limit was reached, raise Solver time budget (seconds) in the Network Optimization settings panel and run again. Otherwise check that a lane connects every demand location to a supplier.
