Unexpected failure

Something stopped that the product did not expect and cannot name more precisely. Most often the code a step runs raised an exception: in a node whose code you wrote, such as a Script, that is your code; in any other node it is a fault in the product. The message says what was happening, and the cause line what was reported.

What to do

If the node runs code you wrote, fix what the cause line shows and run again. Otherwise run the workflow again, and if it keeps happening, contact us.

Where it comes from

Any run can end with this message. It is one of the messages run limits and failures.
