Planning window dates unusable

The planning window set on Create Scenario cannot be used: its start or end is not a date written as YYYY-MM-DD, or the end comes before the start. The workflow cannot run until it is corrected.

What to do

Open Create Scenario's settings and correct the start or end the message names. Either may also be left empty.
