Create Scenario node absent

A node that produces a scenario, such as an optimization, has no Create Scenario node after it. Without one its result would not be saved, so the workflow cannot run.

What to do

Add a Create Scenario node after that node. It does not have to come directly after it.

Checked before every run, for any node. It is one of the messages checks before a run.
