File name already used

The project already has a file of this name, or an upload that has not finished holds it. A file's name is never given to another file, so nothing was stored.

What to do

Upload the file under a name that says what is different about it, such as the month it covers. An unfinished upload lets go of the name when it is cancelled or expires; the message says when.
